9Z WC2 question

Here is the opposite--I would like a heavier detent at about 3/4 throttle as
the electric only needs about that much for most stuff--but occasionally I
want all I can get. I haven't had it apart--Is it a ratchet/gear looking
thing that I can grind a little deeper into?

detents. The stick is now a little to free. I would like it to remain
smooth, but want the stick to hold position a little better. The stick
slides too easy. Any ideas to tighten the movement slightly? Thanks in
advance. This is a little off topics as it is now being used in a heli, but
feel it would make airplanes smoother on throttle as well.
