I will be at the Nats and want to participate in the auction for the 
U.S. Team, but we need to publicize when/where the auction will be 
held.  I understand that it probably won't be at the NSRCA meeting, 
because it would compete with the NSRCA Nats auction.  Things tend to 
get kind of 'fuzzy' once we arrive at the Nats, so a little information 
now could go a long way.
