Why not try a Perry viberating pump, you can adjust it easily.
I could be wrong, but it is a easy setup.

The way I use the cline is with pressure from a crankcase tap (webra) or a
tube coming off the exhaust pipe(OS 300 Twin) to the tank. A check valve is
used also.It works with 2-10 lbs pressure.This is the way Cline recommends
the setup.In other words with pressurized tank.
