recovering Focus One

While  I have decidied to re-furburish my Foucs 1.  Almost time to start re-covering it.  What order would you re-cover it.

1 .Maybe - vert stab, fuse bottom, fuse side, Fuse top?
2. Have anyone of you figured out how to do a good job of covering the little skiny fin in front of the vertical stab?
3.  Is white or yellow a better base color?
