Speaking of lessons learned (was are you looking for somethin g)

Del, not to debate your point, but as an FYI, radios with digital trims
display a picture in the LCD display that shows you the location of the trim
(basically its a picture that looks like a mechanical trim). Some can also
display a number of exactly how many steps you are from center.
