Motor Mounts

The firewall on the Focus is tremendous. I actually drilled lightening holes 
in mine. The question is more relevant in a typical glass fuse with an 1/8" 
firewall type of deal many are using with a nose ring. In this situation 
would you strengthen the firewall to use an A mount?
