Happy New Year

The first pattern event of the year in eastern Canada will be the return of
the RC Aerobatics forum in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Saturday January 17, 2004 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Royal Canadian
Legion, 919 York Road Guelph Ont.

Some of the activities already planned (more to come):

Results of Canadian Precision Aerobatics Committee votes should be announced
for the 2004 Team Trial location, and some other rule changes
Bob Noll will be doing a building clinic
Gord silver will demonstrate coring foam wings
Fred Anderson, an IMAC judge will be there talking about judging
Ivan Kristensen will talk about installing and setting up radio equipment
Canadian Team Members Chad Northeast will be there to talk about his
experience
Aerobatics airplanes on display and/or for sale
Equipment and airplane vendors

It will cost 8 dollars (Canadian) for visitors to get in.

The place is easily accessible from everywhere in Ontario or from Detroit
and Buffalo.
>From the highway 401, take Guelph Line north to HWY 7. Turn left and follow
west into Guelph that becomes York Road. The Royal Canadian Legion will be
on the South side of the road, 1 km past the Guelph airport.

If you are interested in Precision Aerobatics or Scale Aerobatics, this is
the event for you.
