NSRCA Voting Process

Mine is gone in the mail already. I tore mine off and mailed it. I did not 
fold and staple it. I did print a return address on it though. My only issue 
is, how do you know whether they received your vote. It could easily get 
lost in the mail and you'll never know whether your vote made it to be 
counted.
