NSRCA Voting Process

Well - this does introduce a NEW dimension....What is the CPA supposed to do with ballots that DO NOT have the member information?
    Wonder how many have already been mailed without the fold/staple thing...????

  I assumed you ripped off the ballot portion, but then tere is no number, only the return address.  No instructions on the ballot.  Did I do wrong?
