Inverted motors

The only effective fix I have ever heard of was to make a relatively large,
horizontal loop of fuel tubing, that was higher than the highest point of
the fuel system before the spraybar, when the plane was sitting normally. I
don't have first hand experience with this, but was told it "worked".

The only other method is to have the supply line to the carb accessible from
the outside of the fuse, and either break it/plug it, or use a clamp to shut
off the line.
