Judging questions

My take:

Since the rules do not state that "starting with the first radius, all radii must be equal", you must judge the manuever as a whole after it is complete, therefore not judging the manuever as each radii is completed.  I must admit, it would be easier to judge a manuever if it was stated as above, but it is not, so I see it as a must to compare all radii to one another after the last radii is drawn.

I'd like to hear the answer from Ramsey myself....

      So - my question still stands.....IF all elements MUST be identical, doesn't that CLEARLY mean that the three additional radii following the FIRST radii MUST be the *same* as that first radii?

  Doesn't that mean that the "first loop part" sets the standard of radii for THAT maneuver?

    I think the key words here are "Any inequality" (and not "Any inequalities to the initial loop segment")
