OK Now define RAPID.
Rapid for some people is ten minutes for others it is the speed of light.
I have to believe that when the word rapid was used by those who authored
this description in the rule book in the description of a simultaneous event
that they intended the description of rapid to mean very fast so as to emulate a
simultaneous result.
therefore if that was their intention then it follows that if the break is
visible and that the break visibly occurs prior to the other required movements
it (according to the rules) is reason for downgrade.
