Mintor w/Mac's Header?

Bob,
I have the replacement jugs with the proper exhaust port for a 4mm screw and
a macs header.  Another option is to get one of the OS Hatori 45mm rise
headers.  They fit the Mintor fine and the rise is in between the 30 and
60mm rise offered by Mintor.
