Webra 1.60

Can anyone give me the link for the article that Jerry Budd and Tony F. wrote about setting up the Webra 1.60 with the fuel mixture carb? Anyone out their running this engine besides Jerry and Tony? How do you like it? I saw Jerry's plane at the Nats and was impressed with the performance.
