NSRCA Formal Announcement

Here's an opposite perspective. Remember we only have these optional district
championships to give ourselves more fun. These are sponsored by the NSRCA,
not the AMA and are done partly to promote this organization. By definition
they are district championships determined by NSRCA district, not AMA. We need
to promote this organization because it is what gives us the connection we have
beyond our local contest circuit: the KFactor, this list, and Nats, along with
our common sequences are important to growth.

The concept of paying one's dues is not just talk. You can play the lottery on
your own but you don't get paid unless you bought the ticket and contributed to
the pot.
