Proposed Masters schedule

I was looking at the 2005  schedule and was wondering if someone could explain/assign enter and exit orientation. I can figure some of them, but not all, starting with the 45 pyramid (and btw, what is a pyramid loop?). Thanks for the insights on this silly question. Terry
