Thanks for the feedback, was Teflon header

Thanks for all the responses. One of the contributing factors could be the length of teflon  between the header and pipe. The gap between header and pipe inlet on mine is roughly 5" (I'll measure it for sure tomorrow).  I could use a longer piece and just slide the pipe back further in the tunnel.
