direct orders

I don't want to sound like a second guesser, (and believe me I'm sympathetic
with the loss) but I had in-transit damage happen with a 35% airplane. After
negotiating with the carrier, and the manufacturer, I realized I had made a
mistake by accepting the shipment. If I'm ever in the same circumstances, I'll
refuse the shipment. Only reason I didn't do so this particular time, was the
long waiting period for a replacement. I shoulda waited. And let U.P.S. and
the manufacturer fight it out with me on the outside as an observer.
If there is any damage, DON'T ACCEPT IT!
