The last ARF I received, I forced the UPS delivery person to allow me to
open the box to examine the contents.
He stated VERY strongly that I could NOT open a package until I signed for
it. I cut it open anyway ,but he was not a happy camper. thank God it was
not damaged.
So what do you do - sign for it 1st -then you just stated it is not damaged.
Or attempt to examine the contents before signing - this is not easily done.
