Re Personal E-mails to the list

Hi Guys

First of all if you want to flame me on this item please do it in a private 
e-mail to me personally, NOT the list.

Each day I clear any number of "private" messages from my e-mail, that are 
sent to the discussion at nsrca.org list.  These are of the nature of "Hey buddy 
ya going flying." These types of messages contribute nothing useful to the 
list and those who monitor it.  The "Subject line" is often from some other 
"thread" so one is forced to read through them to tell what has useful info 
and what is private "chit chat."  

I for one would appreciate it if everyone would conduct their "chit Chat" off 
the list.

I know I'm going to get flamed so please do that off list also
