intermediate 402 rolling suggestions

Your are right!  If you use the old rule of 4-5 seconds for 3 rolls, you
will have about the right roll rate.  Start with this rate and work on the 2
rolls.  you will find learning the right amount of elevator is much easier
at this roll rate!
