Yes, the NSRCA has judging Certification schools around the country each
year. Check the NSRCA website and look under "Judging". You'll find a
video and info to help train new judges.

As I said, I didn't plan on being a judge. I can see how encouraging
non-pattern pilots to judge would get a few interested in flying pattern.
