MK control horns

Thanks Troy.

As to the hot pink clevises, that seems like an awful lot of work to avoid pink clevises, but at least you're man enough to admit why you don't use the 2.5mm ones and don't justify it using some technical excuse :-)

BTW, do you ever have any trouble with the exposed ball bearings at the rear of the plane on the clevises? One concern I've heard is that dirt and exhaust oil may get into the bearings on the tail, that seems like a good point. For that matter, the MK bell crank also has ball bearings that are exposed on the outside of the plane.

I use the Med ones on both elevator and Ailerons.......I have tried the large and they stick out a bit but are better for the control and centering of the servo as the moment arm is helped being longer on the control surface......I find the Med ones work great....

I also use the 2mm Clevis links, and drill and tap them out for 4-40. I don't like the 2.5mm ones they are hot pink....I just guess I don't have a good handle on Female side! Jenny says the Hot pink ones look cool cause you could see them while you're flyin'

And some guys wonder why I'm weird.......I guess I got lucky she is interested in how my linkage looks!

For those of you using MK control horns on 2M planes, what size are you using on your elevators and ailerons?

    Medium (3/4") or Large (1")?

    Thanks,
    Keith
