If I remember rightly the concern was that
Intermediate pilots might have problems with the 45
down not leaving enough safety margin. Valid point,
but just leaving the Immelmann followed by a level
positive snap would have been just fine. Now the
Intermediate schedule is left with no snap at all.
This leaves a gap in transition to the Advanced
schedule. Intermediate is still a good schedule in
spite of the omission.
