Temptation building question

On my Temptation, I used the MK bellcrank. I installed the 3M140 and cut
the wing tube hole at the 2C location. Everything balanced without a
problem. I used PPG and left the fuse gelcoat for the white areas. No
primer was used, but the surface was cleaned very well before painting.
It's a great airplane.

Subject: Temptation building question
How have most people set up the elevator's on their piedmont
Temptations.
Have they put in a bell crank or did they use a Y. Did the plane
balance at
the recomended place with the print regarding to engine.
Is the finish on the plane paintable without primer if I use ppg?
thanks in advance.
