Mintor 1.70

Hi, Bob,

I don't have experience with 140 or larger 2-stroke engines. Still under YS
4-stroke impression.
Is Wayne's setup a good one?  What do you mean by "beefy setup"?
Only thing I know about "beefy" is "big", "large" etc.
