I don't know what Nitro Wayne was running, but I saw him breaking it in yesterday at the field and the high end RPM's he's listing are right on the money. It was truly amazing!
Actually he's being a bit conservative on the low end because I saw it idling down around 1300 RPM. I though it was going to die but it kept purring right along, then when given the gas it would jump right up to full power without any sputter at all!

10 % Magnum fuel
Bluebird c.f. 2-stroke pipe 24.25" center of head to 1st baffle. Total length of exhaust center of head to end of pipe 31.5"
Test day 98 degrees and about 35%+ humidity
17x12N APC high 8500rpm low 1600rpm
17x13 std APC high 8250rpm low 1500rpm
