We have to factor in the time it would take, too, for someone
to sit by the copier machine and churn out 1000 copies or so.
It's not trivial, and I don't think we should expect a 
volunteer to do that kind of work.

There must be CD "printers" just as there are magazine printers.
We can't be the only people thinking of going this route.
