Hinging Techniques

I use a plastic dental syringe with the tip cut back to give a 1/16"
outlet and squirt into the slot.
Put a little epoxy on your finger and just wet the surface of the hinge
and it'll never come out.

Subject: Hinging Techniques

Hi Guys,,

Need a little advice here.

I normally use the CA type hinges, but I have a 3D plane I'm putting
together that comes with traditional hinges.

My question is this. I understand that you need to roughen the edges,
put Vaseline on the hinge etc, but how do you ensure you set enough
epoxy in the hinge slot?
