[NSRCA-dist8] Boise, Molalla, and D8 Championship

In short, if some Lord like NASA, or
USAF, or NAVY, or, perhaps, AMA,
or an Oregon Senator would 
sponsor D8 championship 
with a money award or a letter of
recommendation to let the winner 
be admitted into AF academy,
that would be a big motivation.
