[NSRCA-dist8] NATS Information

Fellow D-8 pilots - there has been some chatter among the NSRCA districts
about the disposition of the NATS. To clarify, the NSRCA has formally
notified the AMA that it is *withdrawing* from this year's event. However,
as the NATS are offered by the AMA it is their decision as to whether the
NATS will be cancelled. AMA has scheduled a meeting later this month at
which a final decision will be made. A lot of strings tie this thing
together, I thought it would be a good idea to clarify the decision
process.

Shelter in place is unfun, big time.
