[NSRCA-dist8] NATS

Fellow D-8 pilots. At last night's NSRCA board conference call there was
unanimous agreement that the NATS should be cancelled this year. Arch
Stafford has placed a formal notification on the NSRCA Facebook page.

Team Selection trials are still under review.
