here is what is says on the web site:

"If you are an NSRCA member then you'll be able to take the certification
tests and should see them listed. If you are not an NSRCA member then you
will need to pay $5 to register to take the certification tests “

So its free to members and non members pay $5

NSRCA web site. There is a Judge Certification page and for a cost of $5 you
can get the judging material and take the test. I am not sure if you have to
be a NSRCA member to use this capability but this is an option.

clear how wide spread it is. I’m 81 years old and clearly in the high risk
group for serious repercussions if contracted. For younger people playing the
odds may be ok. Pattern has rule after rule designed to prevent us from
hurting or killing each other so we are used to looking out for our
participants. So for me it’s a no brainer to agree with state governors,
professional team owners and reputable doctors to maximizing social distancing
as a means to protect each other from a highly potential harm. Therefor I vote
for #4 or have a seminar the day before the first available contest were ever
that may be.

issues surrounding our gathering together for the seminar. It's a legitimate
concern. The corona virus pandemic is impacting all areas of our society and
