[NSRCA-dist8] Contest dates

The past few years, you did a contest on Memorial Day, worked out well for us, as our Victoria Day is the weekend before. Many of us would do ours then head for yours. You now have Richland on the same weekend as ours. Any chance you could go back to your long weekend?
