Pat, I personally don't have a problem going to every other month but a regular news letter helps hold an organization together.
Maybe an associate VP structure from other parts of the districts could aid in dispersing the work load.

It was proposed at the last board of directors meeting to amend the printing schedule of the K-Factor from monthly to four or six times per year. The bottom line is, we as officers have a very hard time in many cases coming up with anything of relevance to write about on a monthly basis. 
 
This would take some pressure off the board members and could equate to savings for your organization. 
 
The board is soliciting your thoughts?
