[NSRCA-dist8] K -Factor

As an out going columnist I can very much relate with finding something to
write about.

I have a couple suggestions for the board. Take the pressure of writing
content off the shoulders of our officers. Give members some sort of kick
back for writing feature articles. Say a one time $5 discount on next years
membership. Then like nats judging pay, the norm could become to donate the
stipend back to NSRCA.

I would also like to suggest, coming up with a non-voting membership tier.
Basically, electronic K-Factor only for say $20/year.

I think our K-Factor is a goldmine for NSRCA, especially in its electronic
form.
