[NSRCA-dist8] K -Factor

It was proposed at the last board of directors meeting to amend the
printing schedule of the K-Factor from monthly to four or six times per
year. The bottom line is, we as officers have a very hard time in many
cases coming up with anything of relevance to write about on a monthly
basis.

This would take some pressure off the board members and could equate to
savings for your organization.

The board is soliciting your thoughts?
