[NSRCA-dist8] Classic Pattern Contest

OK guys you wanted a contest in July....here you go. Rick Bergeron wants
your feedback on a one day Classic Pattern contest in July. This looks like
a fun event, with the ability to use our regular 2 meter planes. He is
looking for interest to see if enough guys will attend to make it viable.
He would like your input and a headcount of possible flyers. If you don't
respond, it won't happen.
