[NSRCA-dist8] Judging upper classes

Maybe it would be useful to do something similar to what is done at the Nats. On a Friday afternoon schedule a couple of trial Masters and FAI flights and have some "junior" judges sit with "senior" judges and openly discuss during the flight what the senior judge is observing.
