Karl,
I have a very nice tray that I got from http://www.rctraymanusa.com. Its pretty expensive when they are in stock, like $350. You can get other less expensive trays from esprit models at http://www.espritmodel.com. Also, its not hard to build one, I had a home made one for a while and Rex has one he made and has been using for years.
Regarding charging; it is cheaper to "roll your own" setup, that is what I did. I bought a tool box from home depot and fit all the stuff in, I have been pretty happy with the setup. I use cell pros and some hobby king chargers that all run from 12 volts. I have a iota 55 amp 12 volt supply that has served me well for 5+ years. I do all my charging from this one tool box full of chargers. There are tons of options and you should just look at all the different setups guys are using and see what you like the best.

Want to add to this with needed supplies for a charging station that I can plug into generator or ac plug. Want to be able to charge all my stuff in one place, radio, receiver battery, motor battery, etc. Nice if I can buy all together as a kit, but probably more economical to acquire as an itemized list and build myself.
