[NSRCA-dist8] 2015 contest schedule

Karl,

The big issue is not people to run the contest, rather numbers of pilots.
Most all clubs utilize events as ours as a fund raiser. When the numbers of
pilots gets down in the 10 to 12 range or lower, they just don't become
economically viable to give up their field for two days. When a small group
of guys as ours is spreed between ten contest, dropout per event is going
to happen...which we have seen this year. Bottom line is less contest
(should) relate to more participation at each contest.

In Western Canada, they only have four contest per year.
