[NSRCA-dist8] Treasure Valley Pattern Contest hosted by BARKS

On behalf of myself and NSRCA District 8, we would like to thank BARKS for
hosting the fourth "Treasure Valley Pattern Contest".  It was a great
success.

This year we had 14 entrants which include five BARKS members. Despite
windy Saturday conditions there were no mis flights. Congrats to everyone
who stepped in and called "Takeoff".

A special thanks for the help and support of many BARKS members.
