[NSRCA-dist8] D8 VP Position

Hi Guys

Hartley here from the frozen north. Tim, I think it is to late, as soon 
as you expressed interest, your IT. I may be wrong, but I think we have 
our new D8 VP. Welcome aboard.
Don't ask me how I know these things.
