<div>1.) I don't see this as an issue, you can do a better job
connecting with new pattern pilots than the experienced guys
can, the future is the new pilots and you are in a better
position to attract them. You can always get experienced
guys to review your technical contributions or write input
for your articles. The other thing to remember is a lot of
guys talk like they know all the technical details but many
are faking it! Same thing happens at work every day.</div>
<div>2.) Everyone starts at the bottom and advances, your a
good pilot and have advanced a lot sense you started flying
pattern.</div>
<div>3.) You will learn the judging details and a lot of
judging is just paying attention, I think the number one
issue is keep your yes on the airplane, I have gotten away
with a lot over the years!</div>
<div>4.) This is a problem, others will help. I will for sure
but you are right, it requires some time.</div>

anyone else, besides you need to write an article about your
family operation, its pretty cool to see dad and the boys at
