Hmmmm... sounds like it may be a little deeper problem.  Same fuel as last used in that engine?  Sounds like an obstruction.  I'm thinking it might have something in the high speed jet....like a really small sliver of grass.  I've seen that before...backflush the spray bar with both jets out.
