[NSRCA-dist7] NSRCA Membership

To all District 7 pilots - I have been told by many of you that you have
tried to renew your NSRCA memberships online and have had difficulty.  Due
to that I have been carrying all of the pattern pilots who have flown in a
contest this year as NSRCA members. I will grandfather all until the Monday
after the Riverside contest. At that point I will list out current NSRCA
members and adjust the district scores accordingly. If anyone has an issue
signing up please contact me or Scott McHarg (NSRCA Secretary)
