[NSRCA-dist7] Going to Oakdale? iPhone/iPad scoring app beta testers wanted!

Oh!  And as for correcting a score, when you click on one of the cells in
the review view, it takes you back to the scoring UI for that maneuver and
you can make any adjustments you need to.  You can also correct a score by
reseting and then putting in the deductions you want.  I debated with
having a +1/+0.5 button, but I wanted to minimize the buttons to keep
things as "eyes off" as possible.  Might be possible now that I've hooked
the volume up/down buttons for the primary situations.
