[NSRCA-dist7] Contest conflicts

Hopefully BARCS is not cancelled, I was looking forward to Richmond.  
While I would rather be able go to both, we are where we are, and  
that's that. Aside from me and the Kimbros, Richmond is closer for all  
the northern folk and we can still have a 20+ contestant showing.  
Maybe we can do a roll call and see who is going where?
