You’ve got 4 variables to work with. Prop, batts, esc, and motor. I would swap them out in that order, one at a time, from your plane to JT’s to discover the culprit. Try to do that all in one session so the other variable of heat and humidity doesn’t get into the mix.
If the only change from good power to now was the esc, seems kinda obvious, but the motor and/or batts might have been harmed in the process.

I personally noticed a difference when I switched over a few years ago with pull and braking, however I am thinking the only thing it could be with both planes taching the same, is the prop. I have a strong belief APC's that large are very soft towards the tips, and have a tendency to de-pitch at higher RPMs. This is the only thing I can think of to try next.... We are also using the same brand flight packs. Thoughts ?? Ideas ??
