Guys, it appears our pattern sport, at least in D-3 is in a downward path, and not sure what the fix will be:(. 
 The way it stands now for D-3 we have Prattvilles contest( #2 or 3 for the year) this weekend with only 13 signed up, a Peach pattern contest in June, then thats about it for us for 2017 for D-3. Jon L. will try another contest in Sept. i guess, but i wouldn't put on one either if only 5-8 folks sign up. Just seems a shame. After the NATs everyone in D-3 retreats and theres little activity or intrest. Looks to me the NATs needs to be late in the year and not mid year, if this trend continues. Guess it is what it is, but think if we all need to put in just a little effort into growing our District and talking it up. 
Hope to see a lot more folks show up than has signed up for this weekends contest.
